The Company & Role

Zevoy is a fast-growing fintech reshaping expense management with smart payment cards. Our core business value relies entirely on our ability to flawlessly integrate card transactions directly into our clients' accounting systems.

We are seeking a proficient Senior Backend Integration Specialist who finds professional satisfaction in mastering complex third-party APIs and systems. You will serve as the expert who enables our expansion into new markets.

Your primary mission will be ensuring the quality of our existing accounting integrations and rapidly developing existing and new market-enabling integrations.

Your Day-to-Day Focus

• Deep Integration Ownership: Take full accountability for developing, maintaining, and scaling our core accounting integrations.
• New Market Entry: Lead the end-to-end technical process of creating new integrations as we expand geographically across Europe.
• Architecture & Quality: Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions using Go and our AWS serverless infrastructure.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our CPO, PO, and tech team to align technical delivery with market needs.

Our Backend Stack

Our platform is built for speed and reliability: Go, GraphQL, Serverless Infrastructure on AWS, with daily deployments and a modern CI/CD pipeline in place. As we are a relatively small, highly productive team, you will work across the setup with a focus on building a robust and scalable platform.

Essential Qualities to Succeed

• Expert Backend Engineering (5+ years): Proven, hands-on experience with Go in a professional environment is mandatory, alongside a background in web development and API integrations.
• Deep Integration Specialization: Extensive prior experience with third-party API integrations, especially those involving financial data, data quality, and security.
• Ownership and Dedication: You are self-driven, take full accountability for your deliverables, and thrive on deep, focused technical problem-solving.
• The Right Mindset: You are seeking a stable, specialized, and impactful role where you can become a true expert in integration development.
• Language: Excellent level of spoken and written English (our working language).

Bonus Points

• Previous experience in fintech, payments, or the accounting/ERP software sector.
• Experience in startup/scale-up companies.
• Finnish language skills (not a must).
