The Role: Own the Customer Journey

As a Customer Success Specialist, you are the face of Zevoy for our clients. You will own the entire customer lifecycle—from the moment we onboard a new client, through activation to long-term growth. You aren't just support; you are a partner helping our clients transform their financial administration.

A Typical Day Includes:

  • Onboarding: Scheduling and leading three client onboarding meetings to configure their Zevoy account, set up bookkeeping integrations, and ensure their first card orders are successful.
  • Relationship Management: Hosting 1-2 meetings with existing clients to provide support, run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), or discuss expanding their use of Zevoy.
  • Upsell, growth & support: Identifying opportunities for upsells, monitoring account health to prevent churn, and acting as the "voice of the customer" to our product team (gathering and reporting client feedback onwards).

What We Expect From You

  • Experience: 2+ years of work experience. While specific CSM experience is great, a background in customer service, client/account management, or sales is a significant plus.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Finnish. Swedish is a big plus in order to serve our diverse client base across different markets.
  • Technical Aptitude: You are comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts, specifically how to configure accounting integrations.
  • Mindset: You are social and proactive. You enjoy high-frequency interaction and enjoy spending time with our clients discussing different solutions.
  • Education: A relevant degree in business (Bachelor’s or Master’s) from a school like Aalto, Hanken, Haaga-Helia or Arcada is highly valued.
