Inbound Sales & Onboarding Specialist (Part-time)

Finance Student - Join Zevoy as a Part-Time Inbound Sales Specialist (1-2 days/week) 

The Hook: Are you studying Finance or Business and looking for relevant work experience without sacrificing your grades? We are looking for a sharp, organized individual to handle our inbound leads and help new customers get started with Zevoy.

The Role: You won’t be cold calling. Your pipeline is filled with prospects who have already requested a Demo or signed up via our website. Your main goal is to contact these leads, guide them through the initial onboarding, and ensure they start using the product.

This is a part-time role (approx. 1-2 days a week). Consistency is key: We need you to handle the pipeline at least twice a week (e.g., Mondays and Thursdays) to ensure potential clients aren't left waiting. This schedule is perfect for combining with university studies.

What you will be doing:

• Contacting warm leads: You are the first human contact for prospects coming through our "Book a Demo" and "Sign up" forms.
• Driving Adoption: You aren't just selling; you are onboarding. You will make sure the customer actually takes the product into use and understands its value.
• Pipeline Management: You’ll keep our pipeline organized and moving forward.

Who you are:

• You have a background in sales or customer service
• A strong interest in finance. Whether through your university studies or previous work experience, you understand the basics of financial processes and expense management
• You are an excellent communicator. You are comfortable picking up the phone or sending a personalized video to a prospect.
• You are organized & consistent. Since you are working part-time, you need to be efficient with your time to clear the queue on your working days.
• Tech-savvy: You learn new software quickly. Experience with HubSpot is a big plus.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Finnish. Proficiency in Swedish, Estonian, Dutch, Italian or German is a plus.
