Job Description: Account Executive – Swedish Market

Location: Stockholm. Hybrid - 3 days per week in our centrally located office.
Reports To: VP International Sales
This role is for you if:
You're based in Sweden. You speak fluent Swedish and English. You've spent 1–2+ years doing real B2B outbound sales — cold calling, high activity, full-cycle closing. You're hungry, competitive, and motivated by high potential earnings.

What You’ll Do
This is a high-activity outbound sales role. Every day you'll be prospecting, calling, booking meetings, running demos, and closing deals with Swedish mid-cap companies. You own the full cycle. We give you the tools, daily active coaching to help you elevate your skills, and a product that customers genuinely love — you bring the energy and the discipline.
Your targets are clear and achievable: meetings booked, win rate, cards sold, client MRR. Hit them and you earn well. Beat them and you earn very well.
Your Key Responsibilities
- New Business Acquisition & Solution Sales Proactively identify and engage new customers in Sweden, especially targeting high-spending mid-cap organisations. Run outreach, book meetings, and clearly communicate Zevoy’s value. While you own the full sales cycle, our team and processes support you with efficient prospecting.
- Build Strong Relationships Get to know our customers’ needs, offer relevant solutions, and create long-term trust. Build and manage a solid, healthy pipeline.
- Present the Product with Confidence Clearly and confidently present Zevoy’s payment card and SaaS offerings to prospects.
- Collaborate Across Teams Partner with Operations and Customer Success to ensure new clients get a smooth start and stay happy.
- Stay up-to-date on the Market Keep up with trends in SaaS, fintech, and B2B payments to spot opportunities and strengthen your sales approach.
- Deliver Results Meet and exceed achievable sales targets, aligned with your experience and growth potential (metrics include held meetings, win rate of meetings to deals, number of cards sold and client MRR).
What You Bring
- Based in Sweden, available to work from our Stockholm office 3 days/week — this is non-negotiable
- Fluent Swedish and English — you'll sell in Swedish
- Proven Sales Experience: At least 1-2+ years of success in B2B outbound sales. Cold calling, prospecting, closing. Not account management, not inbound, not consulting.
- Track record of high activity: you know what it takes to book meetings and close deals — and you love the rush when it pays off
- Motivated by money and results: you want a role where performance directly drives your earnings
- Coachable and competitive: you want to get better every week and you thrive in a team that works together and pushes each other
Experience we value: background in software/tech companies, fintech, banking or accounting, startup/scaleup environments. Please lift up in your CV if you have any of these. That said, we care more about your mindset and sales craft than specific logos on your CV.
This role is probably not for you if your experience is mainly in key account management at large corporations or doing freelance/consulting work.
