About Zevoy

Recognized as one of Finland’s top 100 fastest-growing companies, we simplify business spending through automation and seamless accounting integrations. We are currently live in the Nordics and Baltics, with a mission to win the expense management race across Europe.
The Role: The "Orchestrator" of Our Tech Success
We are looking for a new "orchestrator" to bridge the gap between business strategy, sales and technical development. In this role, you will ensure we build software that aligns with customer needs while ensuring newly built features are effectively utilized by Sales, Support, and other stakeholders.
You aren't just managing a backlog, you are the daily lead for a team of 10+ high-performing engineers and you drive product value. You will be the primary people leader, holding 1:1s and fostering the team's professional growth and team spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- People Leadership: Lead the daily operations of the tech team, conducting 1:1s and ensuring a healthy, productive team culture. By managing the daily people operations and the 'Product' vision, you give our Senior Architect and the engineers the breathing room to own the technical architecture and maintain high-quality code standards.
- Roadmap & Prioritization: Define and communicate the product roadmap, ensuring the "right things" get built at the right time. Organise and lead priorisation meetings where commercial needs align with the product roadmap. You “shield” the engineering team from ad-hoc stakeholder requests by maintaining a disciplined and transparent prioritization process.
- Bridge Business & Tech: Translate complex business needs and stakeholder input into actionable tasks for the developers. You participate in client meetings and understand what our clients want and can communicate easily with clients in Finnish.
- Process Excellence: Develop and implement ways of working to ensure the tech team functions optimally. You can analyze effort vs. business value and you collaborate with the team to build data-driven delivery forecasts.
- Release Coordination: Manage the end-to-end release process and internal communication to ensure all departments are ready for new features. Work with our Senior Test Automation Engineer to integrate automated quality gates into the release cycle.
- Risk & Quality: Work closely with our Information Security Officer to ensure development is according to ISO27001 and to manage product-related risks.
What You Bring
- Work experience: Proven experience, minimum 3+ years, as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally within a scale-up, within fintech or at a competitor.
- Interest in people leadership: Comfortable acting as a daily people leader and mentor for a technical team. You are the bridge between leadership and the team.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to quickly grasp expense management nuances and complex accounting integrations.
- Operational & Analytical skills: You know how to use tools like Linear to track where effort goes and predict delivery timelines accurately. You have seen how effective teams work and are able to create an atmosphere where engineers thrive.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Finnish and English is a hard requirement.
- Tools: Proficiency in modern project management tools and agile ways of working.
Our Tech & Your Technical Edge
- Modern Stack: You’ll orchestrate a team working with Go, GraphQL, React, Swift, Kotlin, PostgreSQL and TypeScript and AWS serverless infrastructure.
- Technical Fluency: While you don't necessarily code, you must comfortably translate complex technical constraints—like ERP/accounting integrations—into business roadmaps and predictable delivery timelines in Linear.
What We Offer
- Direct Impact: You are the link between the CPO and the team, directly influencing the growth of a top fintech.
- Entrepreneurial Culture: Fast decisions, evolving processes, and clear ownership.
- Competitive Package: Competitive base salary based on your experience.
- Prime Location: Beautiful offices in the heart of Helsinki (Erottaja) with a hybrid setup (3 days on-site).
