The Role: Account Executive – Full-Cycle Hunter

We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Account Executive to own the entire sales cycle for the Estonian market. This is a chance to step into a fast-moving scale-up and make a direct impact on our international growth

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Acquisition: Own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and identifying new clients to closing deals.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively build, manage, and grow a qualified and healthy sales pipeline.
  • Consultative Selling: Run discovery calls and confidently present Zevoy's smart card and SaaS platform to key decision-makers (CFO, Finance/Accounting).
  • Market Intelligence: Provide valuable market feedback to the leadership and operations teams to shape our commercial playbook for Estonia.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with local colleagues and the broader team to ensure a smooth client start and high adoption rates.

What You Bring:

This role is ideal for a professional who has high energy**, keen to join a modern tech company and has proven success in outbound sales.**

Outbound Experience (Mandatory): Minimum of 1 year of success in cold calling or full-cycle B2B sales, demonstrating the ability to consistently generate your own pipeline.

High Drive & Competitiveness: You possess a strong "hunter" mentality, thrive on meeting targets, and are motivated by performance-based commission. 

Language Skills: Excellent communication skills in both Estonian and English (spoken and written).

Tech Curiosity: An interest in financial services, SaaS, and how technology can simplify expense management.

Bonus Points: 

Experience in SaaS/fintech, banking, or scale-up environments. 

Outbound sales previously within tech or to CFOs/accountants
